We have a great news, today, at about 10:35 Bulgarian time, we received the written confirmation from the Bulgarian Fiscal Authorities that we are not obligated to charge TAX/VAT for sales outside EU for individuals and companies.
As of today, we will modify prices on our website and ongoing subscriptions.
All customers that have played the TAX/VAT in the orders, will have the amount of TAX/VAT added to their account as credit, and they can use it to pay invoices, and other services. Reimbursing to PayPal or bank account is not a viable option, as the sums are extremely low ( 1-3 USD/order ) and the values will be eaten away by transfer fees.
This process of modifying ongoing contracts will be done manually, so please be patient, we will finish by the end of this week.
