We recommend you set up a Private site that requires registration/login, if you use Public site, be sure that the materials published are free to distribute.
Malicious or high PPS (packet per second ) is not allowed, so if you do high PPS, let's say 50.000 PPS at 5 megabit you will probably end up in a firewall bann list, and get your internet connection suspended for a limited time.
What type of torrent material you put to the disposal of clients, that is totally up to you.
